LLZ-SCM
On-site manufacturing execution

Northern China · On-site execution

On-site execution for industrial sourcing in China.

We help overseas manufacturers source, coordinate, inspect and deliver metal components, machined parts and multi-process industrial projects from Northern China.

Execution scope

Three areas. One accountable team.

01

Raw Material Procurement

Material grade alignment, source verification and commercial coordination before production begins.

02

Process Execution

On-site coordination across casting, forging, heat treatment, machining and surface finishing.

03

Cross-border Delivery

Inspection release, export documentation, logistics coordination and delivery follow-through.

Target industries

Industrial parts, equipment and machinery supply chains.

LLZ-SCM focuses on industrial projects where metal parts, process control and delivery evidence matter.

Why LLZ-SCM

Control is built into the process.

Transparent by design

Milestones, costs, supplier status, production progress and exception records stay visible throughout execution.

Quality before shipment

Four defined quality gates move risk control upstream, from drawing review through final packing verification.

Execution across processes

We coordinate the interfaces between suppliers and processes where remote projects most often lose time and clarity.

Delivery across borders

Documents, customs coordination, logistics and shipment updates are handled as one connected delivery workflow.

Best-fit projects

When supplier search is not enough.

We are most useful when overseas SMEs need China-side execution but do not have a local procurement, inspection or follow-up team.

01

Metal parts, machined parts, castings, forgings, weldments or surface-treated components

02

Multiple suppliers or process steps that need one accountable coordinator

03

Material certificates, dimensional reports, inspection photos or export documents before shipment

04

Projects with high coordination risk, even when batch volume is not especially large

Execution system

One execution system. RFQ to delivery.

A controlled path for projects that involve multiple suppliers, manufacturing stages and cross-border handoffs.

Post-delivery follow-up

Quality architecture

Four gates before delivery.

Gate 01

Intake & technical vetting

Drawing tolerance analysis, material grade verification, inspection-standard alignment and source MTR collection.

Gate 02

First article validation

Full dimensional measurement, customer sample sign-off and sampling-frequency definition for critical dimensions.

Gate 03

Mass production with IPQC

On-site milestone reporting and stop-line handling when a quality deviation is identified.

Gate 04

Final inspection & packing

AQL-based inspection, anti-rust and shock-proof packaging checks, plus final packing-list verification.

Quality evidence

Documents and records before goods leave China.

For industrial sourcing, the deliverable is not only the part. It is also the evidence that the part, process, material and shipment are under control.
