Export-ready delivery is more than finishing the parts. The shipment also needs release status, packing readiness, commercial documents, logistics coordination and a clear record of what has been checked.
Problems often appear late because these items are handled by different people at different times. A packing list may not match the final quantity. Anti-rust protection may be suitable for short storage but not for a longer route. A document may be correct commercially but missing a detail needed by the customer.
