Insight 01
Multi-process industrial sourcing rarely fails because one supplier does not understand one operation. The more common risk appears between operations: material release, casting or forging, heat treatment, machining, surface treatment, inspection and packing.
When each step is managed separately, small gaps become expensive. A drawing revision may not reach the machining supplier in time. A material certificate may be available but not linked to the batch. A heat-treatment deviation may be noticed only after machining has already started.
LLZ-SCM treats these interfaces as execution points, not administrative details. For suitable projects, we keep the requirement, supplier status, process milestone and evidence record connected so overseas customers can see where the project stands before the next handoff happens.
